Since training with Kyle, I have been able to start working out and eating "right." Before seeing her, I would go to the gym almost every day and run through the same routine that I found on-line every day, with almost no improvement after a long period of time. Also, for nutrition, I did not try to eat a good natural balanced diet, but rather just counted calories paying no attention to the food I put in my body. After meeting Kyle though, she showed me proper work-out form and exercises that will really help you get stronger. Additionally, she gave me an extremely helpful nutrition guide that, instead of telling you just to consume less and less food, it encouraged you to eat, but to eat whole, healthy foods. Since seeing Kyle, after only a few weeks, I have felt tremendous improvement, both with fat loss and strength gain. Also, since I am eating "well," I have a ton of energy to expend throughout my day. Training with Kyle has really shaped how I approach both working-out and staying healthy. -- Jeff

Kyle is wonderful. Since working out with her, all my old, regular injuries (I'm a long-distance runner) went away and never came back. She analyzes body movements and targets areas that seem to have nothing to do with problems, but are the underlying cause. She comes up with crazy, fun things to do (like pushing her car, or pulling her in a towel across a basketball court) and so training sessions are never dull or repetitive. She uses exercises that don't need any complicated machines and can be done anywhere. She knows when to push, and more importantly, she knows when to tell you to stop or to change an exercise. I have been doing private training sessions with Kyle for the past 18 months. My immediate goal was to get in shape for the weddings for my two older children. I have gone down a whole pant and top size. My posture has always been a challenge for me, we continue to work on back and core strengthening exercises. My experience with Kyle was beyond helpful to my weight loss goal. In the beginning her knowledge of food and nutrition definitely helped me and geared me in the right direction. In the training, she motivated me and showed me new moves to stay active and fit. She made circuits which would include 10 squats, 10 planks, using the weight ball and then running while pushing a boxing bag across the room. They were amazing and had me sweating! They're easy too and I can practice them on my own. The best part of the training was her going over how to properly do certain exercises to avoid future or sudden injury. Kyle's approach to fitness is very practical and realistic. Before I met Kyle, I thought the path to fitness and weight loss involved severe calorie reductions and 2-hr a day work-outs which is not realistic.
